Solstice began as an idea for the kind of place we would love to have around the corner. Somewhere warm and easy, where a Tuesday supper gets the same care as a birthday lunch.
Our imagined kitchen borrows from long Mediterranean evenings: bread to tear, plates to pass, something good from the fire. The seasons decide the details. The welcome stays the same.
